Analytics & Decisioning Solutions Manager

About the role

Metropol Credit Reference Bureau Limited is seeking an experienced, commercially minded Analytics & Decisioning Solutions Manager to lead the development, commercialization and growth of its Analytics & Decisioning Solutions (ADS) portfolio within the Data Department. The role blends analytics, product development, business development and client relationship management to turn data capabilities into scalable, revenue‑generating solutions for institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, enhancement and lifecycle management of analytics and decisioning products.
• Identify market opportunities, build the ADS pipeline and drive revenue growth with new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key institutional clients, promote product adoption and expand accounts.
• Develop and deliver technical and business training to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate across Data, IT, Information Security, Finance, Legal, Marketing and other functions to ensure compliant delivery of solutions.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to propose new products, partnerships and commercial solutions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Financial Engineering, Econometrics or a related quantitative field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, finance, economics or technology discipline.
• At least five years of experience in financial services, credit, analytics, data science or risk.
• Minimum three years of experience in business development, advisory, commercialization or institutional client relationship management.
• Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into commercial products and solutions.
