About the role
The Associate – Accounts Payable Process will support expense management activities and vendor invoice monitoring for a client operating on a US (EST) shift. The role involves collaborating with client teams to ensure accurate contract data and efficient handling of pricing and vendor management tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expense management support and assist with invoice monitoring.
- Collaborate with client teams to improve efficiency in expense, pricing, and vendor management processes.
- Ensure accuracy of contract data within the Vendor Management System (VMS).
- Cross‑train on various expense management activities to maximize resource utilization.
- Utilize tools such as Workday and VMS to maintain data accuracy and seamless operations.
Required profile
- Willingness to work the US shift (8 am – 5 pm EST).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to collaborate with client teams and adapt to cross‑training opportunities.
