About the role
We are looking for a newly admitted Advocate of the High Court of Kenya to strengthen our litigation and insurance practice. The role involves handling dispute resolution matters, particularly insurance‑related claims, and providing practical legal solutions to our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage insurance‑related claims and recovery matters.
- Attend court sessions, case conferences, and client meetings.
- Undertake legal research and draft practical legal solutions.
- Maintain case files, ensuring compliance with timelines and procedural requirements.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, investigators, and other stakeholders.
Required profile
- Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
- Strong grasp of civil litigation procedures and court practice.
- Demonstrable knowledge of insurance law and claims processes.
- Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
