Audit & Process Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

As an Audit & Process Manager at TecAlliance, you will ensure that business processes are transparent, efficient, and ISO 9001‑compliant. You will combine internal audit activities with process management to drive continuous improvement, reduce risk, and strengthen governance across a lean, IT‑driven organization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and document internal audits covering commercial, compliance, and quality aspects.
• Perform structured process walkthroughs, interviews, and evidence‑based reviews to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Create, maintain, and improve end‑to‑end business process models using the process documentation tool (e.g., Stages).
• Develop functional and technical expertise in the documentation tool and provide guidance to internal users.
• Track audit findings, non‑conformities, improvement actions, and corrective measures to ensure transparent follow‑up.
• Support ISO 9001 audit preparation and translate norm requirements into practical process guidance.
• Evaluate and prepare potential tool transitions based on business needs.
• Prepare clear audit, process, and improvement reports for GRC and senior management, defining and tracking relevant KPIs.

Required profile

• Degree in business administration, economics, business informatics or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of hands‑on internal audit experience, including planning, execution, and follow‑up.
• Proven ability to identify control weaknesses and drive issue resolution.
• Experience auditing operational or commercial processes (not purely financial).
• Familiarity with structured control environments and governance setups.
• Comfortable working independently and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English and German (B2 level or higher).
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or similar certification is a plus.
