About the role

The Expedition Assistant works in Vigor's distribution centre in Embu das Artes, ensuring that products are received, stored, prepared and dispatched efficiently during the afternoon shift. The role supports the warehouse team in maintaining product quality, minimizing losses, and delivering orders on time.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming goods against specifications and quality standards.
• Store products following hygiene, food‑safety and specific storage guidelines.
• Pick and assemble customer orders accurately according to purchase orders.
• Package and label items, ensuring correct expiry dates and batch numbers are displayed.
• Load transport vehicles safely and organize shipments for timely delivery.
• Record all inventory movements in the stock control system and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth expedition processes.

Required profile

• Completed high school education (Ensino Médio).
• Availability for the afternoon shift (13:00‑22:00), Monday‑Friday with alternating Saturdays.
• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
