B2B Internet Sales Executive (ISP)

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time B2B Internet Sales Executive for its ISP business. The role drives business growth by identifying, engaging and converting corporate clients for internet connectivity solutions. It suits a proactive sales professional with ISP sales experience, strong client relationship management skills and the ability to hit sales targets. The position is based in the Industrial Area.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients needing internet connectivity, generate leads through prospecting, networking and market research, and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop and run sales strategies to meet monthly revenue and customer acquisition targets, and report sales performance regularly.
• Build relationships with corporate customers and key decision-makers, understand their needs and recommend suitable ISP solutions.
• Present internet packages and connectivity solutions, give product demonstrations and explain technical solutions clearly.
• Follow up with clients to encourage retention, renewals and referrals.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documentation, keep accurate customer records, coordinate with technical teams for onboarding and track performance against targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years' experience as an Internet Sales Executive or ISP Sales Representative.
• Proven B2B sales experience and corporate client acquisition.
