B2B Sales Representative – Remote Commercial Cleaning

About the role

We are looking for our first B2B sales representative to sell commercial cleaning contracts to U.S. offices, dental practices and medical clinics. This is a full‑cycle remote position where you own each deal from first contact to signed contract.

Key responsibilities

• Cold‑call businesses and reach the decision‑maker for cleaning services.
• Book a walkthrough that our local cleaner attends.
• Send the quote and follow up for as many weeks as needed.
• Close the contract and secure the client.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of closed deals.
• Ability to quantify results with numbers (targets, deal sizes, commissions).
• Organised follow‑up over weeks using a CRM or tracker.
• Clear spoken English on the phone.
• Reliable computer setup, wired headset, backup power and a second internet connection.
• Availability Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time.

• Basic computer and internet troubleshooting.

What we offer

• Base salary of $450–$600 USD per month, paid weekly.
• Increase to $600 USD after your first signed client.
• 30% commission on each new client’s first‑month billing.
