B2G Executive – Government Business Development

About the role

Tecno Mobile Kenya is looking for a proactive B2G Executive to identify and secure government business opportunities. You will support the full tender lifecycle and build strong relationships with public‑sector procurement stakeholders, helping to expand our portfolio of smartphones, tablets, laptops and AIoT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Source and develop government projects and opportunities.
• Identify relevant tenders, prepare bids, submit proposals and follow up on outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with government institutions and procurement officials.
• Manage vendor authorisation and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
• Support sales of smartphones, feature phones, tablets, laptops and AIoT solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, ICT, Procurement, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience handling government tenders, ICT hardware or digital transformation projects.
• Good understanding of public procurement procedures and tender documentation.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work across direct and partner‑led sales models.
