BI Reporting Manager – Sales Operations

About the role

Optasia is seeking a BI Reporting Manager for Sales Operations to own the analytical backbone of the Commercial Operations function. You will turn data into reports, forecasts and incentive calculations that drive commercial decisions across regional sales, finance and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain business health reports covering pipeline, revenue and sales performance across regions.
• Consolidate data from multiple reporting platforms into a single source of truth and design dashboards in Power BI and Excel.
• Crunch large, multi‑source datasets to surface trends, risks and opportunities in the sales pipeline.
• Deliver monthly performance reporting, monitor business health trends and interact with clients on data reconciliation and revenue‑share reporting.
• Prepare and maintain monthly forecasting data, support budgeting cycles and track forecast accuracy.
• Execute sales incentive program calculations, maintain attainment tracking and resolve payout corrections.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear commercial insight.
• Sound decision‑making under time pressure and disciplined approach to reporting deadlines.
• Prior experience in telecoms or fintech and supporting budgeting/forecasting cycles is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, large‑dataset handling).
• Power BI for dashboard and report design.
• Experience using AI‑enabled tools for data preparation and analysis.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho or Salesforce.
