Bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Sales Development Representative to join our Nairobi team. The role focuses on generating qualified leads through high‑volume outreach across phone, email and LinkedIn, supporting the sales pipeline for our account executives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting with a high volume of calls, emails and LinkedIn messages.
• Design and execute multi‑channel campaigns to reach target accounts.
• Qualify leads against the Ideal Customer Profile and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce, HubSpot or Apollo.
• Achieve daily and weekly activity targets as well as conversion goals.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth hand‑off of qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in sales development, outbound prospecting or a related BPO role.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1) with a clear accent.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Apollo.
