Bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Nairobi

About the role

The company is looking for a bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its Nairobi office. Working onsite, you will drive outbound prospecting, run multi‑channel campaigns and qualify leads for the sales team. The role requires close collaboration with Account Executives to schedule qualified meetings and achieve activity targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach to generate new prospects.
• Design and execute multi‑channel outreach campaigns across phone, email and social platforms.
• Qualify leads against the Ideal Customer Profile and update records in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce, HubSpot or Apollo.
• Meet defined activity and conversion goals on a daily/weekly basis.
• Coordinate with Account Executives to arrange and hand over qualified meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in sales development, outbound calling or call‑center environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1) with a minimal accent.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Availability Monday to Friday, 3 PM – 12 AM Kenya time.
