Bilingual Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Sales Representative to promote our Membership Program to English‑speaking customers. The role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls, identifying needs, and converting conversations into sales while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle approximately 40 calls per day, maintaining high service and sales quality.
• Present and promote the Membership Program in professional English.
• Identify customer needs, overcome objections with at least three rebuttals per call, and close sales.
• Spot upselling and cross‑selling opportunities for related products and services.
• Build trust and develop long‑term relationships with customers.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2+/C1 level.
• At least 1 year of BPO sales experience (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proven capability to handle objections and achieve sales targets.
• Resilient, adaptable and results‑driven mindset.

What we offer

• Shift schedule: Monday to Sunday, 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. Kenya Time (EAT).
• Two days off per week.
• One‑hour lunch break each workday.
