Bilingual Sales Representative – Membership Program

About the role

We’re looking for bilingual sales professionals with proven experience in sales and strong English skills. This role involves representing our Membership Program, building long‑term customer relationships and earning attractive commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to attract and retain members.
• Be available and responsive on calls during your shift.
• Present and promote the Membership Program with persuasive communication in English.
• Deliver at least three strong rebuttals per call to highlight program benefits.
• Handle approximately 40 calls per day with consistency and quality.
• Close sales effectively and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Upsell products, services, and memberships when appropriate.
• Build trust and long‑term relationships with customers.

Required profile

• Bilingual profile with strong English communication skills (B2+/C1).
• Proven experience in sales (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Confidence in pitching services and products.
• Skilled in overcoming objections and closing deals.
• Experience in upselling and cross‑selling.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
