About the role
We are seeking experienced biotechnology scientists to provide expert judgment for AI model evaluation. This standing listing connects biotech experts with AI research teams that need domain expertise for model training and assessment.
Key responsibilities
- Write development problem descriptions, including modality, process step, specifications, and reference answers for model grading.
- Grade model‑written process and assay development work, assessing scale‑up assumptions, potency assay validity, and release criteria.
- Flag scientifically sound proposals that would fail developability assessment due to manufacturability, stability, or regulatory concerns.
Required profile
- Professional or research experience in biotechnology, bioprocess, or therapeutic development.
- Excellent written communication to explain reasoning and decisions.
- Comfort with ambiguous tasks and willingness to flag unclear instructions.
