About the role
The Branch Manager will lead the branch’s daily operations, supervise managers, and ensure high‑quality customer service while meeting operational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with branch managers to set performance standards based on financial, operational, and compliance goals.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate objectives and provide guidance.
- Identify training needs and work with HR to implement development plans.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and staff, demonstrating excellent service.
Required profile
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred.
- Minimum five years of branch‑level management experience.
Required skills
- Excellent leadership and management abilities.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Organizational attention to detail and task prioritisation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
