About the role
City Walk Kenya is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the Nanyuki store. You will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing the customer experience, and leading a high‑performing retail team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations and ensure smooth branch functioning.
- Drive sales performance and meet revenue targets.
- Strengthen customer service standards and resolve issues promptly.
- Build, coach, and motivate a retail team to achieve high performance.
- Manage stock control, inventory accuracy, and product replenishment.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a comparable leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and customer‑service abilities.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with POS systems.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
