About the role

The Branch Operations Manager will lead the daily activities of a branch, ensuring high‑quality customer service while driving business growth and loan origination. This position combines operational oversight with business development responsibilities in a banking or micro‑finance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage branch staff and supervise day‑to‑day operations.
• Ensure delivery of excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Drive business growth, including loan origination and meeting sales targets.
• Monitor branch performance against KPIs and prepare regular reports and analysis.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to support branch objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or micro‑finance.
• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Solid knowledge of lending operations and relevant regulations.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed business targets.
