Brand & Commercial Growth Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Brand & Commercial Growth Lead to join Tedmade in Nairobi. In this role you will sit at the crossroads of business development, client partnership and creative strategy, helping both our clients and Tedmade achieve measurable brand and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, lead pitches and commercial negotiations, and meet agreed revenue targets.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with existing clients, acting as a strategic partner to uncover growth opportunities and ensure long‑term satisfaction.
• Translate business challenges into clear marketing briefs, connect consumer insights with creative execution, and ensure solutions align with brand and commercial objectives.
• Collaborate with creators, strategists and production teams to guide projects from concept to delivery, maintaining quality, budget and timeline.
• Measure campaign performance using data and insights, optimise outcomes and demonstrate business impact.
