Brand & Content Coordinator (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Brand & Content Coordinator to shape and amplify HeyDelegate’s B2B brand presence, primarily on LinkedIn. The role is remote, based in Nairobi, with occasional in‑person content shoots.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram and the company website.
• Create, edit and schedule posts, articles and visual assets that reinforce the corporate brand.
• Coordinate and support occasional company‑wide content shoots, ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to improve engagement and reach.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating and managing content for a B2B company brand.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B marketing channel.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Based in Nairobi and available for occasional on‑site shoots.

Required skills

• Content creation and editorial planning.
• Social media management for LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Basic knowledge of website content management.
