Brand Content & Social Media Associate

About the role

We are looking for a creative Brand Content & Social Media Associate to shape MimiPambo’s visual and verbal identity across all customer‑facing channels. The role combines video editing, email design and social media content creation to drive brand awareness and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and paid ads, turning raw footage into polished, trend‑aware content.
• Create and design email marketing materials, including promotional campaigns, product launches and brand storytelling.
• Produce daily social media assets such as Instagram Stories, graphics, carousels and other visual posts.
• Source, organize and repurpose user‑generated content, and coordinate with UGC creators.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity, tone of voice and brand experience across all platforms.
• Develop creative concepts for product launches, campaigns and seasonal moments.
• Write and refine captions, email copy and calls‑to‑action aligned with the MimiPambo voice.
• Manage a structured content calendar and ensure timely publication.
• Monitor trends, analyse performance data and iterate on creative output.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in social media content, video editing or digital marketing.
• Strong visual taste with an understanding of branding, composition and storytelling.
• Ability to work quickly, handle feedback and juggle multiple creative assignments.
• Genuine interest in jewelry, fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.

Required skills

• Proficient video editing for short‑form vertical content.
• Advanced use of CapCut and Canva.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Solid knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and current digital‑content trends.
