Brand Manager - Beverage & Snacks

About the role

Promasidor Kenya is looking for an experienced, results-driven Brand Manager for its Beverage & Snacks business. The role leads brand strategy and execution so that brands grow, market share increases and brand equity strengthens. It is based in Nairobi.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned to business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end brand activities, including innovation, campaigns and performance tracking.
• Plan and monitor marketing budgets to make sure resources are used effectively.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital and trade channels.
• Carry out regular market visits to check execution, visibility and growth opportunities.
• Analyse market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity.
• Work closely with Sales and Distribution teams to drive in-market execution and availability.
• Manage agencies and partners to deliver high-quality, on-time campaigns.
• Track and report key brand performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Support innovation and new product development, and drive portfolio performance and brand profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 4-7 years' experience in brand or marketing roles within FMCG.
• Proven track record in brand growth, campaign execution and market impact.
• Experience working closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams.
