Brands and Admissions Associate

About the role

Nova Pioneer Schools is seeking a dynamic Brands and Admissions Associate to drive brand awareness, engage parents and prospective families, and support the admissions process through compelling content and events.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content across social media, newsletters, blogs, video and web platforms, measuring impact bi‑weekly.
• Plan and execute parent and prospect events, analyze attendance data and recommend improvements.
• Track applicants through the admissions funnel, provide regular progress updates to the team.
• Lead communications with parents via phone, email, SMS and written materials, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
• Maintain the Brand and Admissions dashboard, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports.
• Coordinate procurement of marketing and admissions materials within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in marketing or communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive pitch.
• Results‑driven, goal‑oriented and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Strong analytical ability to structure data, extract insights and make data‑driven decisions.
• Project management skills to juggle multiple tasks, support junior staff and meet deadlines.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, empathy for stakeholders and strategic thinking.
• Passion for education and knowledge of the education sector.
