BSS Analyst (Telecom)

About the role

This full‑time position focuses on transforming Business Support Systems (BSS) for both B2C and B2B telecom operations. You will work on improving customer journeys, billing, charging, CRM, and order management across consumer and enterprise segments.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business and technical requirements and configure BSS platforms accordingly.
• Maintain and troubleshoot BSS components to ensure service continuity.
• Coordinate with network, IT, and infrastructure teams for integrated solutions.
• Support rollout of new products, offers and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Document systems, processes, changes and contribute to testing and deployment activities.
• Monitor system performance and drive continuous optimisation of telecom IT and BSS capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in IT with experience in telecom IT or BSS environments.
• Hands‑on experience with billing, CRM and order‑management systems.
• Network administration knowledge and ability to work with network teams.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
