Building/Property Manager

About the role

The Building/Property Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, tenant relations and financial administration for the company’s property portfolio. The role ensures facilities are safe, functional and that tenants receive prompt service while protecting the long‑term value of the assets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of building systems including water supply, electrical, lighting, sanitation, pumps, generators and common areas.
• Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance and manage utility usage reporting.
• Serve as the primary contact for tenants, handling enquiries, complaints, move‑in processes and lease renewals.
• Collect rent, monitor arrears and ensure timely financial administration.
• Maintain health and safety standards and oversee waste management and cleanliness across all properties.

Required profile

• Minimum three years (36 months) of experience in facilities or property management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to resolve issues promptly.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties.

Required skills

• Knowledge of building systems such as water, electrical, lighting, sanitation, generators and waste management.
• Experience with preventive maintenance scheduling and health‑and‑safety compliance.
