Business Development and Operations Manager

About the role

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African region (Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and South Sudan). On behalf of its client, it is looking for a competent, skilled and experienced Business Development and Operations Manager to work in Nairobi, Kenya.

Key responsibilities

• Generate business leads through various marketing channels
• Deliver a superior customer experience by offering solutions that meet clients' needs
• Manage client relationships and partnerships to build lasting business
• Lead the team by coaching and mentoring
• Manage general business operations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in tours and travel, sales and marketing or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate sales, corporate relations management, public relations or a similar role within a tours and travel company
• Understanding of tours and travel industry operations
• Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
