Business Development Associate

About the role

Convertros is looking for a Business Development Associate to be the first voice for U.S. consumer brands in sectors such as Financial Services and Home Improvement. This is a fully remote, commission‑based position where you will handle inbound leads, turn interest into bookings, and grow your earnings with performance.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound warm calls and manage leads without cold prospecting.
• Convert interest into appointments, bookings, or enrollments.
• Work a full‑time shift (40 hrs/week) scheduled between 12 PM and 12 AM EST.
• Own your performance metrics and receive real‑time coaching.
• Maintain accountability for output while enjoying autonomy over your schedule.
