Business Development Executive

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Business Development Executive based in Nairobi CBD. The role covers lead generation, client relationship management, marketing support and sales of the firm's legal services, with a stated salary of KShs 20,000 plus incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the firm's legal services, generate qualified leads through networking, referrals and digital platforms, and conduct market research.
• Build and maintain client relationships, handle client inquiries and follow up promptly, and develop long-term partnerships.
• Execute marketing strategies, support promotional materials, campaigns and events, monitor competitors and recommend marketing approaches.
• Convert leads into paying clients, meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, prepare proposals and presentations, and track sales performance.
• Maintain records of leads, client interactions and sales activities, and submit weekly and monthly business development reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in services sales and marketing, preferably in professional services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
