Business Development Manager

About the role

Scaleo is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and expand its presence within the iGaming and affiliate ecosystem across Europe. You will act as the face of Scaleo at industry events, build lasting relationships with partners, and help them leverage Scaleo’s affiliate tracking platform to achieve measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and secure new strategic and referral partners in the iGaming and affiliate sectors.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial conversation through onboarding and long‑term collaboration.
• Represent Scaleo at major conferences and events in cities such as London, Malta, Barcelona and Rome.
• Act as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating the value proposition of Scaleo’s platform.
• Collaborate with internal product, marketing and support teams to ensure partner success.
• Provide insights and recommendations to refine partnership strategy and increase market presence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, affiliate marketing or account management, preferably within iGaming, performance marketing or SaaS.
• Existing network of contacts in the iGaming or affiliate ecosystem is a strong advantage.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills in English.
• Comfortable traveling and meeting clients in person at conferences.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to manage an active partner pipeline independently.
