Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with an allied health background to join VALD’s global team. You will promote our human‑measurement technology to clinical, performance and tactical customers worldwide, travelling to conferences and client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Attend industry conferences and deliver product demonstrations both in‑person and via teleconference.
• Set up and oversee product trials, nurturing new leads and identifying growth opportunities.
• Maintain and expand relationships with distributors and existing clients.
• Report on sales pipeline and meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Experience working in a clinical or allied health setting (e.g., physiotherapist or similar).
• Excellent communication skills across calls, meetings and written reports.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite.
