Business Intelligence Analyst – BI Solutions Designer

About the role

SENRI Limited is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI. You will translate business requirements into interactive dashboards and reports that support strategic decision‑making across our SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with SENRI and client stakeholders to gather and define BI requirements.
• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Looker Studio or Tableau.
• Optimize data models and queries for performance and usability.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by working closely with software engineers.
• Troubleshoot BI‑related issues, including data inconsistencies and performance problems.
• Maintain and enhance existing BI solutions to align with evolving business goals.
• Provide administrative support related to BI activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a related field.
• Proven experience as a BI analyst, consultant, or developer using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with SaaS analytics or B2B product analysis is a plus.
• Understanding of SQL and data modeling is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical insights to non‑technical stakeholders.

What we offer

• Standard working hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Compensation discussed based on capability and experience.
