About the role
We are seeking a motivated Call Center Sales Representative to join our Nairobi team. The role focuses on promoting membership programs, handling customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets through effective communication.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to retain existing customers and attract new ones.
- Maintain phone availability for at least 82% of the shift.
- Present and demonstrate the value of membership programs, offering up to three rebuttals when appropriate.
- Handle approximately 4 calls per hour (around 40 calls per day) and close sales opportunities.
- Upsell products, services, and membership programs.
- Accurately use order management systems, phone systems, and promotional offers.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Call Center Sales.
- Advanced English level (C1) required.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and overnight schedules.
