Call Center Supervisor

About the role

The Call Center Supervisor leads a team of customer service representatives or BPO professionals, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and achievement of performance targets. This role combines people management, operational oversight, and client relationship responsibilities to maintain a motivated, high‑performing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and motivating workplace.
• Set clear performance expectations, monitor individual and team results, and deliver regular feedback and coaching.
• Address performance, absenteeism, and conflict issues promptly and professionally.
• Oversee workflow, resource allocation, and productivity to meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, implement best practices, and maintain quality assurance standards.
• Generate and analyze reports to spot trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Serve as primary client contact, manage escalations, and build long‑lasting client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection regulations, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
