Call Centre Agents (Outbound Sales) - Virtual

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring 10 full-time Call Centre Agents for outbound sales, working virtually. The role involves calling prospective customers on company-provided lead lists, promoting products and services, qualifying leads and moving them through the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects, introduce and promote products and services, identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Qualify leads against predefined criteria, schedule appointments or demonstrations, and follow up on warm and cold leads.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM, record interactions and outcomes, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly KPIs such as number of calls, talk time, qualified leads, appointments booked, conversions and revenue targets, and prepare activity reports.
• Take part in coaching sessions and performance reviews, and follow approved sales scripts while adhering to call quality standards and data protection rules.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills, highly motivated, resilient and target-oriented.
• Able to work under pressure and handle high call volumes.
• Strong organization and time management, and able to multitask accurately.

Required skills

• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
• CRM usage and following sales scripts.

What we offer

• Pay of KSh 30,000 plus attractive commissions.
• Internet allowance of KSh 4,200.
