About the role

Digital Masterminds is seeking a creative Canva Designer to produce engaging visual content for real‑estate marketing campaigns. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with marketing, content, and video teams to deliver high‑impact designs that align with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, thumbnails, ads, brochures, and other marketing assets using Canva.
• Develop story‑driven designs that reflect brand messaging and client objectives.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools such as Firefly, DALL·E, and Runway to enhance creativity and speed production.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Produce 5–10 high‑quality designs per day while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience creating Canva designs, preferably for real‑estate or property marketing.
• Strong visual storytelling, typography, layout, and color sense.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with social‑media trends and engagement metrics.

Required skills

• Advanced Canva Pro (templates, animations, interactive graphics).
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Experience with AI design tools such as Firefly, DALL·E, and Runway.
