Caregiver – Elderly & Child Care (Qatar)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide both elderly and child care services for families based in Qatar. The role involves supporting daily living activities, ensuring safety, and delivering emotional companionship in a home environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist elderly clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Monitor health conditions, report any changes and follow medication instructions.
• Provide companionship, emotional support and maintain a clean, safe living space.
• Supervise children, ensure their safety, and assist with feeding, hygiene and daily routines.
• Facilitate age‑appropriate activities, playtime and support school‑related tasks when needed.

Required profile

• Certificate in Caregiving or Nursing.
• Minimum one year of experience as a nursing assistant in a hospital or clinic.
• Proven experience in elderly and/or child care.
• Patient, trustworthy, and able to follow care plans.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Physically fit to perform caregiving tasks.
• First Aid or Caregiving certification is an advantage.
