Cash Consultant/Teller

About the role
The Cash Consultant/Teller is responsible for handling all cash‑related activities within a branch, ensuring a seamless experience for walk‑in customers and efficient operation of ATMs. The role requires accurate assessment of cash demand and strict adherence to bank policies and client service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Serve walk‑in customers and process cash transactions accurately.
- Operate and monitor ATMs, including cash replenishment and issue resolution.
- Assess cash demand and manage bulk cash handling in line with bank procedures.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for cash handling.
- Coordinate with other branch departments to support overall operations.
- Maintain detailed records and follow established banking processes.
Required profile
- First degree (any discipline).
- 1‑2 years of branch banking experience, preferably in teller or frontline support.
- Strong understanding of bank policies, procedures, and legal aspects of cash handling.
- Familiarity with the functions of other departments within a branch.
