Change Management Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Change Management Project Coordinator to support the execution and supervision of NSB series development topics. You will act as a bridge between suppliers, system developers and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support project management activities, including planning, scheduling and tracking of deadlines and milestones.
• Coordinate and manage quality‑related (customer complaints) and non‑quality‑related (production concerns) issues.
• Participate in NSB team meetings and committees, preparing and maintaining required documentation.
• Collaborate with parts suppliers, system developers and BTVs to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor test execution, track schedules and report weekly progress to stakeholders.
• Prepare, validate and drive change requests in systems such as PÄM and AVON.
• Proactively report risks, propose mitigation plans and follow up on approval processes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and manage supplier communications.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling quality and production‑related issues.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
