Change Manager

About the role

PhynaTech is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a client’s transformation initiatives, driving adoption and embedding change across key projects. This hands‑on, client‑facing role requires translating strategy into actionable plans and ensuring successful uptake of new processes and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with ongoing transformation programmes.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and design targeted engagement approaches.
• Lead communication planning and delivery to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Support business readiness activities, including process alignment and user preparation.
• Design and coordinate training and adoption initiatives.
• Track and report on change adoption metrics and risks.
• Collaborate with project managers, business teams, and technology teams to ensure smooth transition to business‑as‑usual.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in change management, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and management capabilities.
• Program management and business transformation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities to manage multiple workstreams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Management or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci.
• Experience with digital transformation and technology implementation projects.
