Chat Operator (Remote, Kenya)

About the role

This remote position is focused on monitoring and improving AI‑assisted chat interactions on large‑scale online platforms. You will ensure high‑quality conversational experiences for users while working in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor chat conversations for extended shifts (8+ hours) to ensure smooth, appropriate interaction flow.
• Intervene when necessary to improve clarity, tone, or response quality on behalf of AI companions.
• Track, evaluate and analyze communication patterns between users and conversational agents.
• Assess performance and accuracy of AI‑assisted replies, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
• Report technical or content‑related issues in automated responses for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate requests for supporting content such as images or videos aligned with user interaction needs.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain focus over long, repetitive tasks.
• Methodical, disciplined approach to daily work.
• Good understanding of user behavior and basic customer psychology, with strong empathy.
• Interest in AI tools and willingness to learn new systems.
• Fast learner with proactive, growth‑oriented mindset.
• Strong written Russian language skills and good command of English.
