Client Growth Consultant

About the role

The Client Growth Consultant focuses on cross-selling products and services to the existing Vensure client base. By driving additional sales, the role increases client satisfaction, value and retention while generating greater revenue and profitability. The Client Growth Sales Division is part of the sales team and helps drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Sell a defined portfolio of products and services to the existing client base.
• Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting and collaboration with the Client Relations team.
• Execute strategies to gain access to key stakeholders within client accounts.
• Identify critical business needs and build business cases for each opportunity.
• Create and communicate the value of Vensure's products and services.
• Own and lead deals through the full sales cycle, including post-sale implementation.
• Negotiate scope and pricing, and complete contracts and documentation.
• Stay current on industry trends, product capabilities, competitors and vertical markets.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast, and meet monthly and quarterly quotas.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3+ years of sales experience.
• Proven track record in a high-velocity sales environment, with prospecting and channel partnership experience.
• Experience selling to business owners and C-suite executives.

Required skills

• Foundational experience with Challenger, Sandler or similar sales methodologies.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
