Client Growth Executive

About the role

The Client Growth Executive drives new‑client acquisition and revenue growth for Growthpad Consulting Group and its affiliated brands. Working closely with the Growth Lead, CEO and Commercial Director, you will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to hand‑over to delivery—ensuring profitable engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted prospecting plans across priority sectors, using research, referrals, events and digital channels to build a qualified pipeline.
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover client problems, decision processes, budgets and timelines, and qualify opportunities against a structured framework.
• Design tailored solutions by combining capabilities from Growthpad’s brands, coordinate specialists, and produce proposals, quotations and pitch decks.
• Lead negotiations, manage commercial terms and ensure smooth transition of won opportunities to the Client Delivery Lead.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide clear internal briefs for each opportunity.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in B2B consultative selling, business development or commercial roles.
• Proven ability to generate and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to assess client needs and shape solutions.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced consulting or agency environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline tracking and reporting.
