Client Relationship Officer (Kakuma)

About the role

Inkomoko is seeking a motivated Client Relationship Officer to join its team in Kakuma. You will be the primary point of contact for our portfolio of entrepreneurs, ensuring they receive timely support and guidance to grow their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on escalations.
• Engage regularly with clients through interviews and meetings to identify concerns and improve satisfaction.
• Develop presentations that explain how Inkomoko’s capital and services can benefit new and existing clients.
• Update clients on portfolio activity, performance, and success stories.
• Design and implement marketing strategies to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain a robust customer relationship management strategy.
• Tri­age support incidents, handle escalations, and ensure proper documentation.
• Lead on‑site client meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality service.
• Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a development or financial services context.
