Clinical Officer – Patient‑Centred Care

About the role

Langata Hospital is seeking a dedicated Clinical Officer to join its multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centred, evidence‑based care in a dynamic hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality clinical assessment and treatment to patients.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Apply evidence‑based protocols and maintain accurate medical records.
• Participate in emergency response and resuscitation when required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Medicine & Surgery.
• Valid Clinical Officers Council (COC) practising licence.
• Minimum two years post‑internship experience in a busy hospital setting.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS is an advantage).

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – preferred.
