College Manager – Finance & Operations

About the role

Medprime Training College is looking for a results‑driven College Manager to lead finance, administration and operational functions. The role combines oversight of the Accounts Department with broader supervision of staff and college resources.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Accounts Department, ensuring strong financial controls, accurate records and timely reporting.
• Monitor student fee collection, receipting, banking, expenditures, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Manage budgets, track expenditure and ensure accountability of college funds.
• Provide general administrative and operational oversight, including staff supervision, attendance, discipline and performance monitoring.
• Oversee college property, assets, facilities, maintenance and resource utilization.
• Support senior management in implementing policies, procedures and operational decisions.
• Identify operational challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Prepare administrative, financial and operational reports as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
• CPA (K) or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts, administration, operations or management.
• Proven experience in financial oversight, accounts management and staff supervision.
• Good understanding of property, asset and resource management.
