About the role

Pam Golding Properties is seeking an ambitious Commercial Real Estate Leasing Agent to join its Commercial Division in Nairobi. The role focuses on business development, negotiations and closing lease deals for commercial properties, working closely with landlords, developers, investors and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source and secure commercial leasing opportunities.
• Advise landlords and corporate clients on commercial property solutions.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease transactions.
• Build a strong pipeline through networking and business development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, investors and corporate occupiers.
• Identify new commercial property listings and bring them to market.
• Stay informed on market trends, rental values and commercial property activity.
• Collaborate with the commercial leasing team to achieve business targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate sales, financial services, banking, commercial real estate or B2B business development.
• Based in Nairobi.
