Commercial Supervisor - Coast Region

About the role

Brites Management Services is looking for a Commercial Supervisor to support the growth and execution of its commercial activities in the Coast region. The role links the factory, distributors, general trade, retail channels, hospitality partners and the Sales Manager, covering sales support, trade marketing, retail performance improvement and regional brand visibility. It is a full-time position based in Kwale County.

Key responsibilities

• Support the commercial strategy in the Coast region and coordinate and monitor general trade market activities and outlet expansion.
• Work with distributors, wholesalers and retail partners to improve product availability and visibility, and support the factory shop through local activations and relationship management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing and customer feedback, and report regularly to management.
• Coordinate regional marketing, promotions, activations and brand visibility, including brand expansion in hotels, restaurants and other strategic accounts.
• Build relationships with hospitality and commercial partners and ensure branding and merchandising standards are followed.
• Take part in trade events, exhibitions and local commercial engagements.
• Follow up with retail outlets, recommend corrective actions, and address customer concerns and operational issues.
• Coordinate communication between the Coast market and the rest of commercial teams, prepare sales, market intelligence, activation and performance reports, track regional KPIs and support new commercial projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in sales, trade marketing, commercial coordination or FMCG operations.
• Experience with distributors, wholesalers, retail outlets or hospitality channels is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of the Coast market and regional commercial dynamics.
• Experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment preferred.
