About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of hot dishes, sauces, soups and sautéed items.
• Prepare salads, starters, cold platters and garnishes with attention to presentation and freshness.
• Cook meats, seafood and vegetables on the grill, monitoring temperatures and ensuring consistency.
• Prepare side dishes and fried items, delivering orders promptly during service.
• Maintain quality, consistency, food safety and cleanliness of work stations.
