Commission Sales Agent (Field Sales)

About the role

M-Gas is seeking a motivated Commission Sales Agent to drive field sales in the Mtwapa area. You will work directly with customers, promoting clean cooking gas solutions and ensuring installations are completed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert new leads through proactive outreach.
• Engage customers in the field, presenting product benefits and handling inquiries.
• Close sales deals and coordinate installations.
• Achieve weekly sales targets and report performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer‑facing roles.
• Field sales (B2C) experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and comfortable with performance‑based compensation.
• Diploma or Associate's degree.
