About the role
M-Gas is seeking a motivated Commission Sales Agent to promote its clean cooking gas solutions in the Langas area. You will work directly with customers, generating interest, closing sales, and ensuring successful installations.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and convert new leads through proactive field outreach.
- Engage customers, present product benefits, and answer queries.
- Close sales deals and coordinate installations.
- Achieve weekly sales targets and report performance.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer‑facing roles.
- Field sales (B2C) experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, self‑driven and target‑oriented.
- Comfortable working on a performance‑based commission structure.
- Diploma or Associate’s degree.
