Communication Specialist (Remote, EST)

About the role

Join Blink’s Embedded practice as a Communication Specialist, creating knowledgeable and engaging written and digital content for client communications. This remote, EST‑based position supports long‑term opportunities with Blink’s largest client partners.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the customer communications team to draft newsletters, alerts, on‑hold messages, text messages, talking points, fact sheets, customer letters, and other communications materials.
• Execute individual projects and programs while partnering with team members to ensure successful delivery.
• Proofread content to ensure proper grammar, punctuation, spelling, and overall quality.
• Develop and execute email campaigns using a visual email editor while maintaining brand standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Communications Specialist with a focus on copywriting, digital communications, and written communications.
• Demonstrated ability to write, edit, and proofread high‑quality communications content.
• Experience developing content for digital channels such as social media, text messages, web content, and mobile alerts.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including experience design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

What we offer

• Salary range $115,000 – $130,000 per year.
